As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the managing directors with the running of the commercials department.:

- Diary Management
- Arranging Travel
- Organising meetings, setting up conference and video calls
- Booking resources
- Booking in appraisals
- Organising and filing confidential documents
- Setting up and formatting powerpoint presentations
- Updating spreadsheets, databases and other administrative duties
- Answering phone calls and taking messages from clients
- Liasing with the HR, finance, systems, Desktop and VFX departments
- Updating house reels
- Supporting our Head of New Business by attending client presentations as his assistant.
- Organising client PR events

Additionally, you will work closely with the Managing Partners and head of new business to ensure that they are prepared for meetings, as well as discreetly deal with confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner.

The role:

We are currently looking to increase our Matte Painting team and have medium to long term positions available. We are looking for mid to senior candidates with relevant production experience working as a digital Matte Painter.
