Shining Stars is an exciting recognition scheme designed to help motivate and reward non-creative employees within UK Screen member companies. Running throughout the year, each month a new Shining Star will emerge and in December all winners will celebrate in style with a Winners Dinner at a top London restaurant.

UK Screen members can nominate a member of staff in a non-creative role that has gone over and above the call of duty in their role and shown a major contribution to business performance. Nominees eligible could be working in a variety of areas including bookings, reception, technical, accounts, library...

On top of the two places the winners receive for the Winners Dinner, they also win a bottle of champagne, a certificate and a have a profile in the UK Screen newsletter, UK Spotlight.
