Prime Focus appoints Sean Feeney and Hani AlYousif to UK commercials division

Prime Focus has appointed Sean Feeney as executive producer and Hani AlYousif as senior Flame artist.

Sean and Hani, who both join from Absolute, have years of experience working together as producer and supervisor/lead Flame operator.

"Hani and I are excited to join Prime Focus for a number of reasons. One big advantage Prime Focus offers is the global digital pipeline across North America, the UK and India, and the savings that this brings to end clients," commented Sean. "An integrated global approach allows us to offer much greater creative and financial value to agencies and clients across multiple territories, while maintaining a solid business model for Prime Focus for the foreseeable future."

Having worked in post production since 1993, Sean has extensive experience of commercials, long form production, character development and character animation. He was previously at Absolute where he set up BlindPig, their in-house design and animation group, and before that worked for Golden Square, Jim Henson's Creature Shop and MPC.

Hani has a wealth of experience as a Flame artist, having previously worked at Smoke & Mirrors, Framestore and The Mill. He was one of the first employees at Discreet Logic (now Autodesk) in London in 1994 and was responsible for installing, supporting and training customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

A BTAA winner twice in 2003 for his work on Jonathan Glazer's Devil's Island for Stella Artois and Noam Murro's Waterbed  for Tango, Hani's more recent work includes Hardy's One Love with Stuart Rideout (RSA) and Beecham's Sumo Flick with Henrik Sundgren (Acne). He also worked closely with MK12 on the Quantum of Solace title sequence.

Managing director, Simon Briggs, said: "I'm delighted to have Sean and Hani on board. They have fantastic experience and an enthusiasm to provide their clients with wider creative solutions by using our wide range of services in London and around the world."
