BBC wins UK Screen Pub Quiz for the third time!

We would like to congratulate BBC Studios & Post Production on yet again coming first in UK Screen's quarterly Pub Quiz taking away the cash prize.

It was another fun night at The Slug and Lettuce last week with 13 teams and a fabulous array of rounds and questions from Quiz master Dave including music, picture, general knowledge and a missing link.

It was a close run thing, with only 2 points between the BBC's "Rob's Angels" and Blueberry Creative's "El lob on" who finished second.

The night finished off with a nail biting tie breaker for 3rd place between UK Screen's "The Indecisives" and IMS Media's "Lowering the Toner". "Lowering the Toner" pipped "The Indecisives" to the post by guessing to the closest number how many times 'Love Shack' was sung in the B-52's song 'Love Shack'. It was 40.
