Machine Shop is busy being busy...

...and that is something in the current economic climate!

This September Machine Shop appeared on Channel Five's the Gadget Show after developing and supplying specialist climbing equipment for a daring new stunt. With Machine Shop's bespoke air powered suction cups, presenter Jason Bradford was able to play the part of superhero 'Captain Gecko' and scale the smooth glass face of Birmingham's Fort Dunlop building with minimal training and no extra equipment.

More recently Machine Shop worked on the exciting promo for a new E4 drama from the creators of the Skins series. Continuing an ongoing relationship with the E4 creative team, Machine Shop provided Ice and Snow effects for the new show which looks due to air very soon...watch this space!

Another high profile job this month was for Fashion label Burberry; Machine Shop were hired to create a confetti effect for their live catwalk show during London Fashion Week and chose Machine Shop's patented Confetti Droppers over other solutions because they were confident that only the Machine Shop Droppers were able to deliver the particular effect they wanted in a suitably controlled manner.
