XDCAM HD DECK ARRIVES AT RENT

Rent has added top of the range Letus35 Ultimate DOF adapters to The Farm Group's hire division.

The Letus35 is the most cost effective way of achieving amazing filmic images, providing users with the capability of attaching 35mm lenses to video camcorders; achieving results at a fraction of the cost of a full film rig. Used in conjunction with Rent's Carl Zeiss prime lenses and Zacuto support kit, the Letus35 Ultimate can be attached to any of Sony's EX or HDV cameras for stunning results in full HD. Units are also available for standalone hire.

In addition, Rent has also purchased the new Sony PDW HD1500 XDCam HD deck. The top of the range fully-featured XDCAM unit records HD material at up to 50mb per second onto Dual Layer Professional Disc. Offering a range of both recording and playback formats and VTR-like jog/shuttle control, the PDW HD1500 fits neatly into all professional video environments.
