Staff Planning - motivational, legal and practical approaches to enhance business performance

01/01/1900

People are your most valuable asset and, for many of you, your largest cost base too - this is never more evident than when times are tough.

5 - 7.30pm on Wednesday, 24th June 2009

The purpose of this seminar is two-fold. Firstly, it's an opportunity to explore creative, motivational and practical approaches to staff management and development which we hope will assist you right now. Secondly, it's to provide the legal context in which you can make changes to your business that will reduce overhead costs (restructure, flexible contracts, changes to hours / pay / benefits) as well as ensure that you put the best employment contracts in place to manage the upturn when it comes.

Our speakers for the seminar are:

Joanne Twiss
Partner, Harbottle & Lewis

Sue Ahern
Director, Creative People

Christopher Jenkins
Director, Wingrave Yeats
