Locomotion 3D creates 3D brand hero for Buzz Monkey Energy drink
Locomotion's 3D team has just created a cool and crazy dancing brand hero for Buzz Monkey Energy, an Australian energy drink.
The 30 second 3D animation features our furry green friend downing a bottle of BuzzMonkey and getting into the groove with the benefits of aboriginal wild plum leaf and fruit.
Locomotion's 3D Director Lars Magnus Holmgren was tasked with bringing the brand's cheeky, high energy, hyper-active mad monkey character to life in full 3D. Using Maya to build, texture, UV, rig a fully furry 3D character Lars then gave it life and personality with well weighted animation, wild expressions and gesticulation.
The animation will feature in online campaigns to support and promote the youth brand that's taken Australia by storm.
