We are incredibly fortunate to have such a strong board, made up of senior executives from across the service industry, who give up their time and expertise on a voluntary, unpaid, basis. Each year we invite our members to nominate and vote for their chosen directors. Following the election, the board considers whether it is necessary to co-opt any additional directors to fulfil any shortfall in representation.

The Chairman is elected each year and also supports the association on an entirely voluntary basis. The Chief Executive is dedicated full time employee.
