The Team

UK Screen Association has two full-time permanent members of staff. We run a lean and efficient operating infrastructure drafting in support staff on an ad hoc project basis as required. Professional services are resourced via third parties on a part-time basis, for example, accountancy and marketing services.  Roles and Responsibilities are outlined below. 
 
Sarah Mackey,  Acting Chief Executive 

Sarah oversees all of the association's activities, is UK Screen Associations principal representative and adviser to the board.   Key objectives are: raising the association's profile with government departments and in the media; establishing an authoritative, collective and cohesive voice for the sector to effectively lobby government and broadcasters; ensuring sector representation at key events / discussions; create effective working groups and sub committees to drive the association's agenda forward; securing sponsorship and increasing membership.

Ria Carroll, Membership and Communications Officer

Ria is generally the first point of contact, with her responsibilities including dealing with day-to-day member enquiries, marketing and member communications, updating the website, organising working groups and member events.
