The Team

UK Screen Association has 2 full-time permanent members of staff. We run a lean and efficient operating infrastructure drafting in support staff on an ad hoc project basis as required. Professional services are resourced via third parties on a part-time basis, for example, accountancy and marketing services.  Roles and Responsibilities are outlined below. 
 
Gaynor Davenport,  Chief Executive

Gaynor is the associations first ever CEO and started her appointment in June 2004. Gaynor oversees all of the association's activities, is UK Screen Associations principal representative and adviser to the board.   Key objectives are: raising the association's profile with government departments and in the media; establishing an authoritative, collective and cohesive voice for the sector to effectively lobby government and broadcasters; ensuring sector representation at key events / discussions; create effective working groups and sub committees to drive the association's agenda forward; securing sponsorship and increasing membership.

Gaynor's background

Angela Durrant, Membership & Communications Officer 

Angela Durrant joined as Membership Development Executive in January 2007. This role involves attracting new members and exploring new areas to represent including studios, outside broadcast, IPTV etc, therefore creating a louder voice for those companies supplying the UK's production industry.  Angela is also responsible for all the association's marketing activity.

UK Facilities Report
