Simon Frodsham runs The Independent Post Company, the freelance editor agency he set up with Mykola Pawluk in 1992. Since then the company has grown to represent 150 editors all of whom work in long form broadcast television.  Before setting up IPC, Simon was Director of Facilities at TVi and General Manager at Complete Video before that.  After training as a journalist, he joined CBS Records (now Sony Music) before moving to WEA (now Warner Music) where he was the company?s first music video commissioner. Simon is actively involved in the UK Screen Broadcast committee and the Skillset Facilities Council where his responsibilities include promoting the industry to Skillset colleges.
