UK Screen Association - Representing the UK's Post Production and Special Effects industries

Joce Capper
Managing Director, Rushes Post Production

Chair - Commercials Working Group

Joce started her career in post at Molinare in 1985 in Accounts after several years at BP Oil.  Having always had a curious, creative and slightly controlling mind, she understood that post production would be the career choice for her!  After time at companies such as The Crypt and Edit Art, Joce joined Rushes in the early nineties, was promoted from Scheduling, Production, to General Manager, to Sales and Marketing Director becoming Managing Director in 2001.

Having held such varying roles has given Joce real insight and understanding of the industry and knowledge of what is required to succeed in such a competitive market.

Joce Capper "I first fell in love with the industry because of the people, work, creativity, technology, the challenge, the opportunity, the responsibility, the time, the money, the fun, the passion, the ever changing and evolving time, our competitors, our clients, producing work never created before and I still feel the exactly the same way. I have always felt unbelievably lucky and privileged to be a part of the industry"
