Gaynor Davenport was formerly Chief Operating Officer of The Listening Company - an outsourced contact centre with a specialist division in media; clients included Sky, Channel 4 and Disney.

As a founding director she played a major role over five years building it into a multi-million pound organisation. She has strong experience of all issues facing a start-up organisation including skills in strategy development and implementation, budget / cost control, commercial negotiation with suppliers, major sales pitch support, human resources, investor relations and liaison with local government agencies
