Alex Hope
Managing Director, Double Negative

Alex Hope is Managing Director and a founder of Double Negative, a full service Film VFX facility. The company was founded in 1998 with a staff of 20, since then the company has grown to 750+ staff in London and a further 55+ in its Singapore office, which opened in 2009. Prior to that Alex worked at the Moving Picture Company where he was a board Director responsible for Computer Animation and FX.

Over the past 12 months, Double Negative has completed work on projects including; Iron Man 2, Kick-Ass, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, Sherlock Holmes, The Wolf Man, 2012, Green Zone, Angels & Demons, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, The Boat that Rocked and Fast & Furious. We are currently in production on Inception, John Carter of Mars, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, The Sorcerer's Apprentice, Paul, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World and Attack the Block.
