Managing Director, Double Negative

Alex Hope is Managing Director and a founder of Double Negative, a full service Film VFX facility. The company was founded in 1998 with a staff of 20, since then the company has grown to 390+ staff.  Prior to that Alex worked at the Moving Picture Company where he was a board Director responsible for Computer Animation and FX.

Over the last six months Double Negative have worked on The Bourne Ultimatum, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Love in the Time of Cholera, Atonement, Stardust, Hot Fuzz and The Reaping. We are currently in production on 10,000 B.C., Inkheart, Doomsday, In Bruges, Hellboy 2: The Golden Army, The Dark Knight, Britz, Reach, Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day, The Edge of Love, The Boy in Striped Pyjamas and Rudo y Cursi.
